Each piece is handpicked by our experts in Germany who have been dealing with Antiques for over 20 years. If there is excessive wear or damage on a piece, it will be clearly noted on the description. Please keep in mind, that some of our pieces are hand carved, and it is part of their nature that they might have slight imperfections, which can add beauty and character to the pieces. Also remember that there is no such thing as a new antique or vintage item, and normal wear associated with these items is to be expected. All our pieces are vintage or antique, our professional in Germany advises us on each piece, to insure that the date given in the description is a true and accurate estimation of its age. Return PolicyAll items are sold as is. All sales are final. If an ordered item has been cancelled the cost occurred will be billed to the purchaser. Delivery, Packing and ShippingWe will deliver in Prince George and surrounding area (up to 20km outside of PG) for an additional cost of $ 50. Shipping will be handled by a professional Shipping Company of Buyers choice, or we can recommend a reputable Shipping Company. All Shipping and packing costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are based on the weight and size of the individual piece, the distance to be shipped, and the value of the purchase. Shipping several pieces together normally reduces the shipping cost per item. All shipping, handling, insurance charges, customs taxes or duties are at the customer’s expense. We take great care in arranging for the packing of your order, most of the pieces are irreplaceable and individual, therefore we require insurance an All orders shipped. Damaged ShipmentsIn the unlikely event that damage is evident upon receipt of an order, please keep all packaging material and report the damage to us immediately so we can make a claim against the insurance policy. We may request the return of the damaged item. |
